Could, when your composing an email to the list on a new subject, *please* click "New Email"/"Write Email"/Whatever it is in your email software, rather than clicking "Reply" on another subject thread and just changing the subject text and deleting the body of the message? Why do I ask this? Well I view this list in an email program that follows the email thread information that is embedded in the email header. You are using an email program (which identifies itself as "Microsoft Office Outlook 11") which supports this embedded thread header, so when you click reply, your email program is telling everyone else who gets the email that it was a reply to the email you clicked reply on. It doesn't matter that you changed the subject text. So your message, and thus all replies to it, are now buried in another unrelated thread. Please see this image for an example: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=4p3l5hk Apart from it being annoying, say for instance someone had decided that that thread wasn't of interest to them, so they aren't going to read it, you've now limited the audience of your message and the potential helpful replies that you are going to receive. So it is best for everyone involved, that in the future you compose a new message, and not just reply to an unrelated one and change the subject and the body.
