I am still waiting for a fix to... I think we are between 5 and 10 to have reported this issue witch is quiet critical... The quick fix i have done is cron that clear the cache every night and another that call every module of my backend app to re-generate it...
In my case : no accel / sf 0.6.3 / only happens on admin genrerator modules see you.
