This asume that you have a file prototype.js on your web directory on this project(not necesarly shared), and is a requirement for the javascript helpers.
You can customice the javascript loaded in the view.yml if you prototype is on a diferent folder set prototype_web_dir on apps/<your-app>/config/settings.yml but the prototype files must be under a js folder to work (this is not so cool and could be reported as bug) PD: not that the use of addJavascript dosn“t impy that the prototype library get loaded two times.
