yes.
PDO / MySQL Works.. i'm using MAMP.

And i use Symfony1.0.8 with sfDoctrine 1 ... and still habe the same
problems.
if a create the tables with phpmyadmin... no problem.
creating Objects with $x = new XYZ(), and $x->save() works fine.
probably it's a ./symfony (peak) issue?
