ah hmm.. even though a master schema exists which has privileges to access these tables from other schemas, of course actually i still need to prepend the schema name onto the select statement.. eg. select * from <schema>.<tablename> for it to work .. which is something propel/doctrine doesn't support argh.. so my original plan wont work then.
