Hi All, I've been asked this question a few times now, so I thought I'd ask the group for their opinion.
What's the "proper" way to handle a domain prefix? The goal is to set some sort of request variable (or perhaps set the dimension for ysfDimensionsPlugin). e.g., "foo.example.com" would set the $dimension='foo'; "bar.example.com" would set $dimension='bar', etc. Ideally, it would also have to be usable in a situation where the domain prefix isn't changeable- pass in a URL parameter instead (think a dev environment on a shared host). To me, it appears to be a job for either filters or a fixture.
