I've worked with ImageMagick (Imagick for PHP) quite a bit. It really is an exceptional bit of work and the IMagick API is fairly easy to work with. One good reference I'd point you to is the blog of Mikko, who is the IMagick maintainer:
http://valokuva.org/ He has lots of good code examples as well as some more recent builds that aren't available anywhere else. It's really not hard to work with so I'd recommend taking a look. jonathan Tom Haskins-Vaughan wrote: > Hi, > > I've just come across this [Prototype JavaScript Image Cropper UI][1]. > It's quite cool and by all accounts *seems* to be pretty good across > multiple browsers. > > My questions is: has anyone written any backend stuff to process the > image crop?
