1. Checkout the repo
2. cd to root of working copy
3. svn mkdir trunk
4. svn mv all symfony files in to trunk
5. svn mkdir branches
6. svn mkdir tags
7. svn commit -m "Reorganising repo structure"

Now checkout the trunk as you would do normally.

Make sure you have a clean working copy, i.e. no local edits, before you 
start moving files around.
