Fredlab: Checkout my string of comments on that ticket, I had the same problem at first.
Tiago: I was about to leave a post or a ticket for some direction on using the rest of sfWidgetFormInputFileEditable. I got it so it displays the image which is cool, but the form fails validation because of the way they're displaying the delete tag, and the delete functionality obviously doesn't work.
