hi,

this plugin is for use with sf 1.0x for the
moment, as i see it. It uses "_options_for_select"
implemented in the "old" JavascriptHelper.
In sf 1.2 there is the JavascriptBaseHelper
which implements a "options_for_select".
I just changed the code and it worked.
It would be easy to setup a sf 1.2 branch though ;-)
