You can ask the creator of the plugin and use the "contribute" function of the plugin system (http://www.symfony-project.org/plugins/sfPropelLoadbalancerPlugin/0_1_0?tab=plugin_contribute)
And of course any good contribution is welcome ! :) ________________________________ De : hutchic <co...@hutchic.com> À : symfony users <symfony-users@googlegroups.com> Envoyé le : Vendredi, 30 Janvier 2009, 19h44mn 09s Objet : [symfony-users] contributing to a plugin Just a general suggestion that I believe the symfony plugins should allow user contributions. I've made a number of enhancements to various symfony plugins and was thinking it would be helpful if the community could make contributions to plugins. As an example I modified the propelLoadBalancer plugin to do reads from multiple databases, weight the connections to favor one over the other, automatic failover and added the functionality to force reads from the master. Does anyone know if this functionality already exists and I'm just not seeing it.... is there a demand / anyone else think this could be helpful?
