Thx Arnold for your answers! This is why it is now showed correctly:
I changed the character set to UTF-8.
Now the "ZZP'er" and "financiën" in the suggestion list and the
tagcloud are okay. But now the special characters immediately placed
in the template are displayed wrong! Type in a non-existing tag, and
you'll see. ("��n" instead of "één")
So, either the special characters in the template or the special
characters coming from the database are being messed up.
