I've stepped through with the debugger, and it seems to be set in the
dispatch method of the controller:

      $moduleName = $request->getParameter('module');
      $actionName = $request->getParameter('action');

So I guess my original question boils down to a more general php
question: How do you set these paramaters from the command line?
