I found a solution - I read and used Gabor advice but I had some other
error - so I thought: "maybe I should render errors" - so I did  that
- and I saw: "csrf_token error" -  I didn't render field for csrf
token - so: <?php echo $form->renderHiddenFields()?> and now it
works :)
Gabi thx your advice I found real error reason :)
