Hi Jake, Thanks for your input. I use $action->forward404Unless($condition) quite a few times in my application. I imagine the forward() is in that method.
The strange this is that this error isn't logged in my local environment, so I'm wondering whether it is something to do with the php installation? I'm pretty sure the exception should be caught in the sfController class, so I don't know why I'm getting this error so many times in the logs.
