You should read at the documentation. You would learn the "I18n" behavior.

Behaviors are "Searchable", "Sortable", "I18n", "Sluggable",
"Timestampable"...

What's your behavior purpose ? It looks like you don't have a precise idea
of what you are going to do, and about to create a "super-global" behavior
(bad idea).

Maybe your different content types could be solved using the inheritance of
Doctrine (see 
Documentation<http://www.doctrine-project.org/documentation/manual/1_1/en/behaviors>
).
