No, I'm following exactly the steps in the Symfony 1.4 Jobeet
tutorial.  In the tutorial the command in question is given long
before creating any repository.  I had wondered whether the problem
relates to this issue.  I have not created a repository nor added any
directories to SVN.  Neither ., nor lib, nor lib/vendor.  I am simply
following along.  It makes sense to me that under such circumstances
maybe "svn pe ..." makes no sense, but it is right there in black-and-
white as the very first SVN command in the tutorial.
