Don't save the user if you don't have a facebook uid ! To get a valid facebook uid using the plugin you unfortunately need to be in a valid Facebook environment, either inside a Facebook frame for an FBML app with tester logged on Facebook or with a working Facebook Connect connection (ie: correct configuration of the javascript part AND tester accepted the Facebook Connect popup)
