Hi,

Did you try to disable local caching on the action with headers
"Cache-control" and "Pragma" to see what happens?

$this->getResponse()->setHttpHeader("Cache-Control", "no-cache");
$this->getResponse()->setHttpHeader("Pragma", "no-cache");
$this->getResponse()->setHttpHeader("Expires", 0);
