Hi, using accents is a very bad idea! You should generate slugs without special characters like in the Jobeet Tutorial:
http://www.symfony-project.org/jobeet/1_4/Propel/en/05#chapter_05_object_route_class most likely your urls will break becuase of the rewriting that has to be done with the .htaccess I think. AFAIK apache cannot handle these characters...
