Hello! You are using the wrong widget. Take a look at the 'select' widgets.
One possibility would be: $this->setWidgets(array( 'name' => new sfWidgetFormSelect(array( 'choices' => self::$choices, 'multiple' => true, )) )); And please try to post code which is running, because of spaces and case-sensitive words.
