I think that in your case would be faster to just hardcode the CSS/JS on
every layout, but If you don't want to do this you could use the methods
from the response "addStylesheet" and "addJavascript" to change the CSS/JS
at the time you choose and set your layout.. but you'll need to do it
programmatically, of course.

I don't know if there's a way to do this at the application level on the
"view.yml" file.
