Hi,

Issue Solved :)

I upgraded

PHP - 5.2.9 to 5.3.3 ,
MYSQL - 5.0.9 to 5.1.41 ,
PDO, PDO_MYSQL - 5.0.91 to 5.1.41 ,
and
APACHE to 2.2.14

Solved my Problem.
