This issue occurs only at DateField, others fields are render good,
even others dropdowns.
This has been fixed in the master. Be careful as this filter is now a
function:
<table>
{% for field in form %}
<th>{{ form_label(field) }}</th>
<td>{{ form_field(field) }}</td>
{% endfor %}
</table>
