I was talking to our network administrator for our grails project and he was saying that the machines we have that run our grails projects get faster with higher load. Something to do with the architecture of the machines and being optimized for Java apps. Maybe this has something to do with it as well? I know he posted hardware specs. I will have to ask our admin how we can tell is his setup falls into that category.
