DataFixtures is not a bundle. It is a Doctrine project, just like the
ORM and DBAL are.
You need to download this vendor, place it in your vendor/ folder and
register Doctrine\Common\DataFixtures in the autoloader in
app/autoload.php (take care to place it before Doctrine\Common as the
first match wins)
