I'm not sure if I understand what you mean..

my folder structure with a netbeans project looks like this:

project_for_customer:
  nbproject/
  Symfony/
    app/
    bin/
    src/
    vendor/
    web/

if that helps you..
I dont pack/unpack any folders 'everytime' ... only in the beginning when I
start the sf2 project..
