Bump.

There was a way to do this in SF1 but I've not yet figured out a way
to do it in SF2. Anybody know how to prevent the developer toolbar
from appearing on a page? I'm working with a client-side UI framework
(ExtJS) and the toolbar is messing with the layout. I'd like to
disable it for this page but not others in the app that don't use the
UI framework.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Paul
