you can create configuration file in
/etc/apache2/sites-available/YourDomain.lo.conf
and enable it sudo ln -s /etc/apache2/sites-available/YourDomain.lo.conf
YourDomain.lo.conf

Then add YourDomain in /etc/hosts file. Finally restart apache sudo
/etc/init.d/apache restart.

That's it.
