Hi Dark, On your Windows it takes only 300 seconds -> that's 5 minutes. Are you sure you consider 3-10 sec as long loading or are you presenting the wrong figure?
Anyway, try to access a simple index.php (e.g. only contains phpinfo()) on your Ubuntu and see the difference. It could be the Symfony, it could be your Apache setting, it could be your /etc/hosts (sometimes an entry of the client in /etc/hosts will reduce the loading time significantly).
