After reading this comment: "include_path is not taking in consideration [of] file_exists()" http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.set-include-path.php#103224
It seems the use of file_exists() in UniversalClassLoader : https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Component/ClassLoader/UniversalClassLoader.php#L246 doesn't look in the include paths, or am I missing something? Has anyone managed to get this to work?
