hi,

according to UPDATE.md in the root of symfony:

* The AsseticBundle has been moved to its own repository (it still
bundled with Symfony SE).

so if assetic is not part of the SE, this sounds like a mistake.
you should be able to add it to the dependencies as any other bundle,
and instantiate it, until the SE is fixed.
