If you are calling another pages within <a href> tag, but using JS (i.e ajax
request)
you can get the link's url:

 $('#a-link').click(function(e){
var $url = $(this).attr('href');
$(this).preventDefault;
//request content based on the url, with ajax.
});

If it is not a request, you could use a dirty trick: setting your urls on
hidden fields, and reading its values with JQuery.
