New issue report by nicolas.pourcelot:
"../sympy/polys/rootfinding.py", line 73, in roots_quartic
     r = cubic(1, p, q, r)
NameError: global name 'cubic' is not defined

Patch:
     r = roots_cubic(1, p, q, r)
instead of:
     r = cubic(1, p, q, r)

(Sympy 0.6.2)
