I think it is important we reach consensus on this, so I'm raising it to
milestone 0.7.
This is most confusing in sympy.functions, where elementary use lowercase
but most
other submodules use CamelCase.
My oppinion is +1 for #15, only problem is that sometimes, Func(x,y) will
return a
number and not an instance, but i think this is assumable if it brings
consistency
