Comment #3 on issue 1325 by fredrik.johansson: solve(2**x-5*x, x) gives
assertionerror

solve should handle everything.
Also, when testing this, I mistyped * as ** and found the following bug:
>>> tsolve(exp(log(5)*x)-2**x, x)
[1/log(5)*log(2**x)]
>>> tsolve(2**x-exp(log(5)*x), x)
