Fixed in ce61f8d057e46b36dc2cd879891e74a7f9320201 by Mateusz including  
following testcase:

def test_ratint_logpart():
     assert ratint_logpart(x, x**2-9, x, t) == \
         [(Poly(x**2 - 9, x), Poly(-2*t + 1, t))]
