I'm sorry. The error is not inside sympy. It's a rpm packaging error.

Explanation:
The rpm build script of openSUSE compresses all man pages after the  
installation of
sympy.

Thus the file list (INSTALLED_FILES) still has the original uncompressed  
manpage
file, but in the filesystem there's the compressed one.
When packaging the rpm, rpm-build complains about the missing file.

I think you can close the ticket.
