Here's a new version with a basic CLI, allowing to choose the directory
whose tests
are run.
As a practical application, I used './bin/coverage_report.py sympy/logic/'
repeatedly
while writing the patch in issue 1486.
The next enhancement I'd like to add is to deactivate XFAILed tests but I'm
not sure
how to do it.
