New issue 1489 by ryanlists: latex printing of matrices needs more options
for the matrix type used and the delimiter

I created a branch on my github repo to add this feature.
latex printing: Added the option to specify the matrix string passed
to latex (smallmatrix, bmatrix, Bmatrix, whatever) and to change the
matrix delimiter (paranthesis, curly braces, whatever).
test_latex_Matrix was modified to test these new options. Tweaked
defaults for matrix printing with inline=False.
