New issue 1505 by Toon.Verstraelen: doc Makefile does not work when sphinx
is installed in $HOME

There is a small error on line 11 of sympy/doc/Makefile. Now it reads:
SPHINXBUILD = PYTHONPATH=.. $(SPHINXBUILDpy)
and it should become:
SPHINXBUILD = PYTHONPATH=${PYTHONPATH}:.. $(SPHINXBUILDpy)
