By the way, we decided to put this issue on hold until we have a better
core that would allow the Constant class
to use a handler function within the class to simplify itself, rather than
putting it in Mul and Add as it would have
to be done now.
Until then, I have a constantsimp() routine for dsolve() that does what I
need it to do.
