substitute dummy function variables in limits of Integral

I wonder if maybe it should raise NotImplemented in the case I presented  
because it is not technically solvable
(there is still an f(x) in the limit of the integral after all).  It seems  
to work and tests pass, so I am +1. Thanks for
the fix.
