New issue 1622 by [email protected]: pprint arg doesn't work

pretty_print has the signature:
def pretty_print(expr, use_unicode=None):
but if you pass a value for the second arg, it throws an exception.
Here is a patch for the problem, but I am not sure how to write a test for
it because the anser is
written to stdout rather than returned.
