According to git bisect, this was fix in commit
926cbe1f27a019d93489f321925ba670c26ed41b (Fixes an
infinite loop in factorint() (#1257)), which was included with SymPy
0.6.4. You should update to the latest
version of SymPy, and search the issues first.
