Thanks for taking a look. :-)

I've added doctests to the documented methods where they were missing. The  
remaining
undocumented methods were actually 'overrides' of 'abstract' methods  
defined on the
Set class; the 'abstract' methods themselves were documented fine. To get  
them off
the coverage radar I've prefixed all overriding methods with underscores  
(and kept
the 'normal' versions on the base Set class).
