The tests in secondquant can be made to pass using ellipses, which is better than disbling them with the '>>' kludge. I've corrected Aaron's first commit and repushed
the branch to http://github.com/rlamy/sympy/commits/doctests

I'll push this soon if there are no objections - test failures should be corrected ASAP.
