Scratch that. The buildbots actually run 'bin/doctest sympy/' (except
[http://buildbot.sympy.org/builders/ubuntu-amd64-py2.6 ubuntu-amd64-py2.6]
which uses
'python setup.py test') so they're only testing the docstrings, not the
documentation
in .txt files.
