New issue 1809 by smichr: extract_additively should aim for 0
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1809

== core/basic.py
o extract_additively
    Although I don't think it was clearly stated nor tested, the intent
    of extract_additively is to see if something can be subtracted so as
    to move an expression closer to zero.
    - doctests expanded a bit
    - calculation of sub is moved into the area in which it is needed
      and Atom items are captured as a group before processing types of
      Atoms
    - the terms of as_two_terms are captured into two variables
      so they can be accessed without indices
    - while self_terms is a list, c is not. This test would always
      fail; the test is changed to see if x is *in* the args
