New issue 1827 by smichr: log eval gives more standard form http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1827 Although log's eval handles powers of the base, it doesn't remove powers from something like 2**3*3**3 to give 3*log(6). Commit 1826 in branch 1766 of smichr's github acct is an attempt at fixing this. Tests are included.
